Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative:
Smart Thinkers Childcare Centre is approved to participate in the Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI), which provides funding to lower monthly parent fees. Families with children in full-time care will receive the following reductions:
- $600/month for infant & toddler care
- $500/month for children aged 3 to Kindergarten

School Closures:
In the event of severe weather or power outages that prevent Smart Thinkers Childcare Centre from operating safely, an early morning decision will be made regarding closure.
During heavy snowfall conditions, the safety of our families and staff is our top priority. While we aim to remain open throughout the winter, if public schools in our district close due to unsafe road conditions, Smart Thinkers Childcare Centre will also be closed.
